The project consisted of pile caps and grade beams covered with a structural slab. The slabs on deck included the stadium seating for the Senate Chamber Floor. The topping slabs on grade were burnt finished and polished. The exterior sitework included integrally colored concrete sidewalks and an architectural black bridge.
