Construction of underground parking garage below 3 midrise buildings, 5 stories high. The midrise buildings contain retail and apartment units. Behind the midrise buildings is 19 townhome structures. All of the project is connected with 70 ,000 sf of sidewalks and large courtyards with radius, colored, sandblasted architectural concrete planter and seat walls.
