Pier 4 Luxury Apartments
Boston, MA
This project, a 21-story luxury apartment building, also featured a 3-story parking garage below grade. Each floor of the above ground building contained 14,000 square feet of concrete. The building was created using a self-climbing form system, which allowed for the construction of a floor every other day. The building required a 25,000 square foot, 5-foot thick base mat in 3 placements.
